Refund policy
As the domes are manufactured by order, and on receipt of payment we are unable to refund your purchase. However we are happy to offer 30 days return policy to individual customers as well as registered businesses. If you're unhappy with our products, on receipt, for any reason, please do contact our support team to discuss how we could help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be shipped back in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased product back to us without contacting our support first.
